International Journal of Agricultural and Food Science is a platform for scientists dealing with agriculture, food science. The scopes of the journal include, but not limited to, the following topic areas:

Analytical papers related to the microbiological, sensory, nutritional, physiological, authenticity and origin aspects of food will be considered. Papers should be primarily concerned with new or novel methods (especially instrumental or rapid) provided adequate validation is described including sufficient data from real samples to demonstrate robustness. Papers dealing with significant improvements to existing methods, or data from application of existing methods to new foods, or commodities produced in unreported geographical areas, will also be considered. In addition to original research articles, short communications/ notes, concise and current review articles are also welcome. Book reviews, news of international meetings and activities, letters to the editors and editorial notes will be also published at the editors’ discretion.
